GALVESTON - Jorge Boosh let go of the Saudi Prince's hand long enough to come to Galveston this morning, to push his Social Security plan. I wonder if it made Vicente Fox jealous to see Boosh holding another man's hand yesterday? I thought Boosh already belonged to Fox..? I wonder what Laura thinks of all this.. Hmm..
Actually, Boosh's SS plan may be a good thing, but how can you trust someone who adamantly insists that we are safer today after September 11 with our unprotected borders, than we were before September 11 with our unprotected borders? Anybody who would try to make a claim that stupid has so totally destroyed his own credibility, that if he told me the sky was blue I would have to go verify it.
There were a lot of protesters there this morning, but most of them seemed to be protesting Tom DeLay, who was also there this morning. However, one protester did say that it seemed really stupid of Bush to be so worried about Social Security going broke in 2042, when there won't even BE AN AMERICA IN 2042 IF BUSH DOESN'T SEAL OUR STUPID BORDERS!!
She had a good point, but you can count on Bush to just keep stumping around the country talking about Social Security, while millions of invaders continue to pour across our poor naked borders.
I was there and it was a good discussion about retirement plans. I hope you get over your anger about the border long enough to do what's right in 2008 because if you give the Democrats half a chance, they might win the presidency and then you'll be really angry.
