This One Should Be A No Brainer

Why are our state legislators not doing this? This should be a no brainer, even for the OBSMs (Open Borders Surrender Monkeys). I cannot see why any state legislator, especially in Texas, NM, AZ, and CA, would be opposed to putting pressure on their congressional reps to do this, except that it would make Washington rethink their whole position on illegal immigration.
